ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD AGENDA October 16, 2018 RESULTS The Architectural Review Board will hold a regularly scheduled meeting at the Council Chambers of the City of Alamo Heights, located at 6116 Broadway St, San Antonio, Texas, on Tuesday, October 16, 2018, at 5:30 p.m., to consider the following: A. CALL MEETING TO ORDER B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: August 21, 2018 and September 18, 2018 – Approved August 21, 2018 C. SIGNS Case No. 728 S Request of Sign A Rama, applicant, for permanent signage at 5300 Broadway St (Pilates Platinum) – Approved as submitted D. DEMOLITION REVIEW Case No. 726 F Request of Marquis (Alex) and Emily Whittington, owners, for the significance review of the existing main structure located at 217 Oakview E under Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860 (April 12, 2010) in order to demolish 100% of the existing main structure and accessory structure. – Recommended approval with conditions E. FINAL REVIEW Case No. 727 F Request of Al Philip, applicant, and Don B McDonald, representing Texas Biomedical Research Institute, owner, for the final design review of the proposed parking improvements and new storage structure located at 423 Argyle and 934 Patterson, under Chapter 2 Administration for Architectural Review. – Recommended approval as requested F.
