CALL MEETING TO ORDER B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: October 16, 2018 C. SIGNS Case No. 729 S Request of Lydell Toye, US Signs, applicant, for permanent signage at 6106 Broadway St, Ste A1 & A2 (BISTRO9) Approved as submitted Case No. 731 S Request of Deanie Dampier, applicant, for permanent signage at 5933 Broadway St (Domestic Provisions) Approved as submitted D. DEMOLITION REVIEW Case No. 730 F Request Donald A and Tara J Shaffer, owners, for the significance and compatibility review of the existing main structure located at 521 Alta under Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860 (April 12, 2010) in order to demolish 55.4% of the existing street-facing façade and demolish 58.4% of the existing roof in order to replace the existing carport and add to the existing main structure.
