Recognition of Mark Browne for his dedication of seven years to the City of Alamo Heights 2. Approval of Minutes of the November 13, 2018 Council Meeting 3. Citizens to be heard concerning items not listed on the agenda Consent Agenda 4. An Ordinance designating the San Antonio Express-News as the official newspaper for the City of Alamo Heights Jennifer Reyna, City Secretary — Items for Individual Consideration 5. Architectural Review Board Case No. 730F, request of Donald A. and Tara J. The City Council reserves the right to retire to closed session whenever it is considered necessary and legally justified under the Texas Government Code, Subchapter D, Sections 551.071 et. seq., including, but not limited to consultation with attorney, real property, prospective gifts, personnel matters, exclusion of witnesses, security devices and economic development matters.
