Closed Session 1. The City Council will convene into a closed session to deliberate the appointment and duties of the City Attorney as authorized by Section 551.074 of the Government Code. Open Meeting 2. The City Council will consider the appointment, employment, and duties of an Interim City Attorney. 3. Presentation of $1.00 each to the Mayor and Council members for Compensation as per City Charter, Article IV, Section 13 4.
