Open Session: 1. An Ordinance accepting the lowest bid and awarding the contract to Paloma Blanca Enterprises, Inc., for the Judson Nature Trails Building Renovations and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute the contract Allen Ottmers, Deputy Fire Chief — 2. Review of responses to RFP for Landscape Architects and conduct interviews for Landscape Architect Closed Session 3. Discussion regarding terms and conditions for Landscape Architect contract in accordance with Section 551 .071 (Attorney/Client consultation). Open Session after Closed Session 4. Discussion and possible action to authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a contract for Landscape Architect. NOTICE The City Council reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time to discuss any of the matters listed on the agenda as authorized by the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE §551 .071, (Consultation with Attorney), §551 .072, (Deliberations about Real Property), §551 .074, (Personnel Matters), §551 .076, Deliberations about Security Devices or any other exception authorized by Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
