CITY OF ALAMO HEIGHTS 6116 BROADWAY SAN AN TONIO, TE XAS 782 09 210-822-3331 PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING In accordance with order of the Office of the Governor issued March 16, 2020, take notice that a meeting scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, January 11, 2021 at Alamo Heights Council Chambers, located at 6116 Broadway and will be conducted by telephone conference in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called “social distancing”), to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), to consider and act upon any lawful subjects which may come before it. Citizens/Councilmembers and staff will enter City Hall by the rear entrance adjacent to the parking lot to be screened prior to entrance. Attendees must wear a facial covering (mask), practice social distancing, and seating will be limited to capacity limits. Members of the public may participate by audio only, dialing 1-346-248-7799 Meeting ID: 885 0251 5812 Password: 461323. If you like to speak on a particular item, when the item is considered, press *9 to “raise your hand”. Citizens will have three minutes to share their comments.
