RESULTS
In accordance with order of the Office of the Governor issued March 16, 2020, where he temporary suspended
certain provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, take notice that a regular meeting scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on
Tuesday, April 20, 2021 will be conducted by telephone conference via Zoom in order to advance the public health
goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called “social distancing”), to slow the spread of the Coronavirus
(COVID-19), to consider and act upon any lawful subjects which may come before it. Citizens/Board members
and staff will enter City Hall by the rear entrance adjacent to the parking lot to be screened prior to entrance.
Attendees must wear a facial covering (mask), practice social distancing, and seating will be limited to
capacity limits.
This supplemental written notice, the meeting agenda, and the agenda packet, are posted online at
www.alamoheightstx.gov.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR TELECONFERENCE: The public toll-free dial-in number to participate in the
telephonic meeting is 346-248-7799 and enter access number 86801845240#.
The public will be permitted to offer public comments telephonically as provided by the agenda and as permitted by
the presiding officer during the meeting.
A recording of the telephonic meeting will be made, and will be available to the public in accordance with the Open
Meetings Act upon written request. To address the Board, please select *9 on your phone; this will place you in
queue for speaking.

Case No. 830 S Request of Comet Signs, applicant, for permanent signage at 5410 Broadway
(CareNow Urgent Care). – Rescheduled from March 16, 2021 meeting. Approved
as submitted.
Case No. 836 S Request of Alamo Sign Solutions, applicant, for permanent signage at 5401
Broadway (Valvoline). Approved as submitted.
D. DEMOLITION REVIEW
Case No. 838 F Request of Myles Caudill of Caudill Homes, applicant, representing La Pita
Ventures, LLC, owner, for the significance review of the existing main structure
located at 533 Normandy in order to demolish 100% of the existing single-family
residence and accessory structure(s) under Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860
(April 12, 2010). Declared not significant and recommended approval as
requested
Case No. 839 F Request of Grady Collier Bashara of Collier Custom Homes, applicant, representing
Duane & Karen Westerman, owners, for the significance review of the existing main
structure and compatibility review of the proposed design located at 203 Edgewood
E in order to demolish 100% of the existing single-family residence and accessory
structure(s) and construct a new 2-story single-family residence with detached
garage under Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860 (April 12, 2010). Declared
not significant and recommended approval of demolition as requested and design
as compatible.
E. PRELIMINARY REVIEW
Case No. 837 P Request of Lyndsay Thorn of Thorn & Graves Architects, applicant, representing
Bexar 6011 Broadway, LLC, owner, for the preliminary design review of the
proposed commercial improvements to the existing structure located at 6011
Broadway. (No action required) No Action Taken.
F. ADJOURNMENT
