CITY OF ALAMO HEIGHTS 6116 BROADWAY SAN AN TONIO, TE XAS 782 09 210-822-3331 PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING In accordance with order of the Office of the Governor issued March 16, 2020, take notice that a meeting scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, June 28, 2021 at Alamo Heights Council Chambers, located at 6116 Broadway and will be conducted by telephone conference in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called “social distancing”), to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), to consider and act upon any lawful subjects which may come before it. Per Governor’s Order GQ-36, attendees are not required to wear facial covering (mask) but they are encouraged. The City will continue to practice social distancing, and seating will be limited to capacity limits. Members of the public may participate by audio only, dialing 1-346-248-7799 Meeting ID: 810 4020 7771 Password: 664292. If you like to speak on a particular item, when the item is considered, press *9 to “raise your hand”. Citizens will have three minutes to share their comments.
