ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD AGENDA August 17, 2021 RESULTS In accordance with order of the Office of the Governor issued March 16, 2020, take notice that a regular meeting scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Alamo Heights Council Chambers, located at 6116 Broadway and will be conducted by telephone conference in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called “social distancing”), to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), to consider and act upon any lawful subjects which may come before it. Per Governor’s Order GQ-36, attendees are not required to wear facial covering (mask) but they are encouraged. The City will continue to practice social distancing and seating will be limited to capacity limits. This supplemental written notice, the meeting agenda, and the agenda packet, are posted online at www.alamoheightstx.gov. DEMOLITION REVIEW Case No. 856 F Request of Collin Stone of CR Stone Construction, LLC, applicant, representing Kuehler Investments, LLC, owner, for the significance review of the existing main structure located at 337 Ogden in order to demolish 100% of the existing residence under Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860 (April 12, 2010). Declared not significant and recommended approval of demolition as requested. To be considered at City Council meeting of September 13, 2021. Case No. 854 F Request of Williams-Hirsch Custom Builders, applicant, representing Joel & Natalie Eary, owners, for the significance review of the existing main structure and compatibility review of the proposed design located at 231 Argo in order to demolish 100% of the existing residence and construct a new 1-1/2 story single- family residence under Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860 (April 12, 2010). Declared not significant and recommended approval of demolition as requested and design as compatible. To be considered at City Council meeting of September 13, 2021. D. FINAL REVIEW  Case No. 857 F Request of Lyndsay Thorn, Architect, of Thorn Architects, PLLC, applicant, to modify the exterior facades of the existing commercial structure at the property located at 6011 Broadway under Chapter 2 Administration for Architectural Review. Recommended approval of proposed design. To be considered at City Council meeting of September 13, 2021. Case No. 858 F Request of Trey Hutton, applicant, representing Alamo Heights Center, LTD, owner, to modify the exterior finish materials and color of the existing commercial structure at the property located at 5170 Broadway under Chapter 2 Administration for Architectural Review. Recommended approval of proposed design. To be considered at City Council meeting of September 13, 2021. E. PRELIMINARY REVIEW Case No. 859 P Request of Trebes Sasser Jr. of Ridgemont Properties, owner, for the preliminary design review of the proposed multi-family structure at the properties located at 111, 119, 131, & 135 Katherine Ct. (No Action Required). – No action taken. F. STAFF REPORT(S) RDS Updates. G.
