ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD AGENDA May 17, 2022 RESULTS The Architectural Review Board will hold a regular meeting at the Council Chambers of the City of Alamo Heights, located at 6116 Broadway St, San Antonio, Texas, on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 5:30 p.m., to consider and act upon any lawful subjects which may come before it. Per Governor’s Order GQ-36, attendees are not required to wear facial covering (mask) but they are encouraged. The City will continue to practice s ocial distancing and seating will be limited to capacity limits. DEMOLITION REVIEW Case No. 881 F Request of Courtney Collins, applicant, representing James and Kathy Collins, owners, for the significance review of the existing main structure located at 423 Evans in order to demolish 100% of the existing single-family residence and accessory structure(s) under Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860 (April 12, 2010). Declared not significant and recommended approval of the demolition as requested. To be considered at the June 13, 2022 City Council meeting. Case No. 882 F Request of Robert Benke of Greenlife Construction, applicant, representing Retama Funding LLC, owner, for the compatibility review of the proposed design located at 260 Retama in order to construct a new single-family residence with attached accessory structure under Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860 (April 12, 2010). Tabled for June 21, 2022. Case No. 883 Proposed amendments to Chapter 2 Administration, Article III. – Boards and Commissions relating to the composition, responsibility, and procedures of the Architectural Review Board per Section 2-48 of the City’s Code of Ordinances. Recommended approval. To be considered at the June 13, 2022 City Council meeting. D. ADJOURNMENT The Architectural Review Board reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time to discuss any of the matters listed on the agenda as authorized by the Texas Government Code §551.071, (Consultation with Attorney), §551.072, (Deliberations about Real Property), §551.074, (Personnel Matters), §551.076, Deliberations about Security Devices or any other exception authorized by Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
