The meeting will be recorded. A. CALL MEETING TO ORDER B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: June 23, 2022 Approved as presented. C. CASES Case No. 426 Public hearing, consideration, and action regarding a request to replat the property identified as LOT E 83.3 FT OF 5, BLK 199, CB 4024, also known as 740 Tuxedo Ave, and a portion of public right- of-way, approximately 2,212 sq ft (0.05-acre tract) of the 15ft wide alley that adjoins the western side of the subject property. Recommended approval as requested. To be considered at the City Council meeting of August 08, 2022 at 5:30pm. D.
