ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD AGENDA July 18, 2023 RESULTS Take notice that a regular meeting of the Architectural Review Board of the City of Alamo Heights will be held on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at 5:30pm in the City Council Chambers, located at 6116 Broadway St, San Antonio, Texas, 78209, to consider and act upon any lawful subjects which may come before it. This supplemental written notice, the meeting agenda, and the agenda packet, are posted online at www.alamoheightstx.gov. INSTRUCTIONS FOR TELECONFERENCE: The City will make reasonable efforts to allow members of the public to participate via audio by dialing 1-346-248-7799 and entering access number 86801845240#. If you would like to speak on a particular item, when the item is considered, press *9 to “raise your hand”. Citizens will have three (3) minutes to share their comments. The meeting will be recorded. The City cannot guarantee participation by phone due to unforeseen technical difficulties or provide prior notice if they occur; therefore, the City urges your in-person attendance if you require participation. DEMOLITION REVIEW Case No. 897F Request of Hilary Scruggs Beebe, applicant, representing Trace and Laura Nell Burton, owners, for the compatibility review of the proposed design located at 222 Claiborne Way in order to construct a 2-story addition to the existing detached garage under Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860 (April 12, 2010). Rescheduled from June 27, 2023 at applicant’s request. Recommended approval of proposed design as compatible. To be considered at City Council meeting of July 24, 2023 at 5:30pm. Case No. 898F Request of Matt Christian of M.W. Christian Builders, applicant, representing Diane Kolar, owner, for the significance review of the existing main structure and compatibility review of the proposed design located at 270 E Oakview Pl in order to demolish 100% of the existing residence and construct a new single-family residence with attached garage under Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860 (April 12, 2010). Declared existing main structure as not significant and recommended approval of the proposed design as compatible. To be considered at City Council meeting of July 24, 2023 at 5:30pm. D.
