CITY OF ALBANY COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS Meeting Minutes March 16, 2021 Opening: The March 16, 2021, meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM EST, via Zoom, by Chairperson Dr. Brenda Robinson. Present: Chairperson Dr. Brenda Robinson; Commissioner Aaron Moore; Commissioner Rosie Love; Commissioner Valerie Moseley; Commissioner Thomas Richards, Esq.; Chief Diversity Officer Angelica Kang, Esq.; and Assistant Corporation Counsel Laura M. Gulfo, Esq. Absent: Commissioner Natisha Alexander; and Commissioner Judith Mazza Quorum: Yes Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes: n/a Business from the Prior Meeting: The Commission discussed a plan for its annual reception. Formal plan to be voted upon during the Commission’s April meeting. New Business: The Commission held its annual elections. Commissioner Moore elected as Chairperson to the Commission; Commissioner Love elected as Vice Chairperson; and Commissioner Richards elected as Secretary.
