MINUTES OF CAUCUS Wednesday, April 13, 2022 The Common Council was convened at 5:30 p.m. and was called to order by President Pro Tem Kimbrough Members Present: Adams, Anane, Balarin, Farrell, Frederick Flynn, Keegan, Kimbrough, Love, Robinson, Romero, and Zamer Staff Present: Danielle Gillespie, Brett Williams, and Ethan Samuel Discussion/Questions:  Council Member Kimbrough discussed the Agenda for the April 18th Regular Meeting  Council Members discussed legislation for the April 18th Regular Meeting.  Council Member Romero asked about the process of naming a street in which City Clerk Danielle Gillespie responded to.  Council Member(s) Frederick and Zamer discussed what was talked about with the Golf Course and the Mayor.  David Galin discussed about the Golf Course and the RFP  Council Members discussed the Golf Course and the RFP  David Galin talked about the HRC Committee.  Council Member Hoey discussed about the HRC openings and that the mayor needs to fill the spots, and David Galin talked with him.  Council Members discussed the open Research Council Position  President Pro Tem adjourned the meeting at 6:40pm Link to meeting recording: https://www.facebook.com/albany.commoncouncil/videos/419685843536754 Respectfully Submitted, Ethan Samuel Legislative Aide
