• Council Member Farrell called meeting to order.
• Nick Riley provided a presentation on this year 5-year Capital plan.
• Council Members Farrell, Doesschate and O’Brien asked questions which Nick Riley answered.
• Meeting was called to a close.

This meeting was held following Governor Cuomo’s executive order 202.1. It live streamed on Facebook
