COMMON COUNCIL COMMITTEE MEETING FINANCE, TAXATION AND ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE Ginnie Farrell, Chair Meeting called by: Ginnie Farrell, Chair Date: 10-29-20 Time: 5:30PM Invitees/Speakers Marisa Franchini, Corporation Counsel Committee Members Farrell, Chair ☒ O’Brien ☐ Doesschate ☒ Robinson ☐ Balarin ☐ Present: Council Members Present: Kimbrough, Igoe, Anane, Conti and Fahey City Personnel Present: Nick Blais, Nick Riley, John-Raphael Pichardo, Michele Andre and Danielle Gillespie Minutes Agenda Item (s): Corporation Counsel Budget Presentation Questions and Discussion:  Council member Farrell called meeting to order.  Corporation Counsel Marisa Franchini presented the Corporation Counsel 2021 proposed budget.  Council members asked Doesschate, Hoey, Conti, Anane and Igoe questions in which Marisa Franchini and Nick Riley answered.  Senior Legislative Aide Michele Andre note that she sent the Bond Ordinance chart via email  Council member Farrell, Conti and Doesschate had a discussion on budget amendment.  Council member Farrell closed meeting. Public Comment: There was no public comment. Adjourn: The Chairperson asked for a motion to adjourn, which was duly made, seconded, and passed.
