The Commission voted to approve the request to replace the existing windows on the floors two-five on all elevations with 1-over-1 aluminum windows. The Commission voted to defer the request to replace the windows on the first floor in order to verify material and configuration of the future windows and made the following request-  The applicant must meet with members of the Commission at the property to discuss treatment for the first floor windows and doors on all elevations. The applicant must return to the Commission with a new application to replace the entry doors on the first floor at a later date.
