After discussing the request to restore the main entry and install new entry systems in the secondary entrances, the
Commission made the following motions-
Approval of the main entrance proposal as presented on page A101 which includes removal of the non-
original door configuration, restoration of the original trim and side-lites, and the installation of new dark
bronze, anodized aluminum double door configuration; and
Approval of the Jay Street and Dove Street secondary entrances with the following conditions-
o The applicant must provide updated drawing for Planning staff to review that retains the existing trim
around the existing wood double doors and the transom;
o The drawings must show new dark bronze anodized aluminum doors that match the existing doors
and maintain the existing configuration of the double doors and must match in size and shape, and
o The Commission recommends that any historic wood door be retained on site and reused by the
owner or made available to an alternate purchaser or salvaged.
ACTION: Approve and Approve with Conditions

with a new single lite , double door system. Replace the historic double doors
on the Jay Street and Dove Street elevations with new single lite aluminum
entry doors with single lite side lites and retain and repair the historic trim.
