MINUTES MEETING OF THE MUNICIPAL CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALBANY HELD APRIL 29, 2020, VIA VIDEO CONFERENCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES ISSUED BY NYS DUE TO COVID- 19.
