Call to order The meeting was called to order by Commissioner McNaughton at 4:37 p.m. II. Executive Session The Commission moved to go into Executive Session at 4:40 p.m. to discuss matters leading to the appointment of a particular person(s). The Commission left Executive Session at 5:26 p.m. III. Approval of minutes The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes from the January 27, 2021 meeting as written. IV.
