MINUTES MEETING OF THE MUNICIPAL CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALBANY HELD MARCH 31, 2021, VIA VIDEO CONFERENCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES ISSUED BY NYS DUE TO COVID-19. Old Business • Police Officer Appeal – J. Dolan - The Commission voted unanimously to send the candidate for a third evaluation. VII. New Business - NONE VIII.
