Motion passed and carried. X. Amendment of Job Specifications  Public Information Officer (Albany Public Library)  Housing Authority Inspector (Albany Housing Authority)  Financial Analyst  Maintenance Supervisor (Albany Parking Authority) Commissioner McNaughton made a motion to approve all job specification amendments, Commissioner Cassidy seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried. XI. Old Business None reported. XII. New Business  55A Program Title Expansion Commissioner McNaughton made a motion to approve the 55A Program Title Expansion. Commissioner Cassidy seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried.  Civil Service Examination Fee Waivers Commissioner Yeboah made a motion to approve the elimination of Civil Service examination fees. Commissioners McNaughton and Cassidy seconded the motion, motion passed and carried. 8  City of Albany Municipal Civil Service Commission July 25, 2023 Meeting Agenda  AFD Lateral Transfer Policy Item tabled until next meeting. Commissioner McNaughton requests the following terms be implemented by AFD; 1. Amended transfer qualifications outlined in the attached AFD Lateral Transfer Policy support document be implemented, 2. Requests for transfers will be approved on a transactional basis and will sunset on an annual basis, 3. Transfers are subject to the same probationary period as new hires. AFD to resubmit to the Commission including these terms.  Alternate Test Date Request- Office Supervisor Exam #63-525 Commissioner McNaughton made a motion to approve an alternation test date for this occurrence of Office Supervisor Exam #63-535.
