Call to order Meeting was called to order at 4:32PM by Commissioner McNaughton II. VII. Creation of New Job Specifications  Director of Human Resources Motion to approve the new job specifications made by Commissioner McNaughton, seconded by Commissioners Cassidy and Yeboah. Motion passed and carried. VIII. Amendment of Job Specifications  Human Resources Generalist III  Recycling Specialist  Senior Accountant Motion to accept amendment of job specifications made by Commissioner McNaughton, approved by Commissioners Cassidy and Yeboah. Motion passed and carried. IX. Non-Selections Police Officer List #60-049  No appeals were received for the non-selections noted on the July 25, 2023 agenda. X. Old Business  Albany Fire Department Lateral Transfer Policy - Commission’s revisions implemented Motion to accept the Commission’s revisions made by Commissioner McNaughton, seconded by Commissioners Cassidy and Yeboah.
