Approval of March 7, 2024 meeting minutes Commissioner Yeboah made a motion to approve the March 7, 2024 meeting minutes. Motion seconded by Commissioner Cassidy. Motion passed and carried. Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to move into executive session at 4:07pm to discuss confidential non-selection appeals. Motion seconded by Commissioner Yeboah. Motion passed and carried. II. Appeals  Firefighter #66-778, Failed psychological evaluation: Candidate AF  Firefighter #66-778, Failed psychological evaluation: Candidate WT  Firefighter #66-778, Civil Service Law 50 (4) (d & e): Candidate EA Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to return to regular session at 5:14pm. Motion seconded by Commissioner Yeboah. Motion passed and carried. Commissioner Yeboah made a motion to uphold and approve the appeal of candidate AF. Motion seconded by Commissioner Cassidy. Motion passed and carried. Commissioner Yeboah made a motion to deny the appeal of candidate WT and uphold their non-selection. Motion seconded by Commissioner Cassidy. Motion passed and carried. Commissioner Yeboah made a motion to deny the appeal of candidate EA and uphold their disqualification. Motion seconded by Commissioner Cassidy. Motion passed and carried. III. Adjournment Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:15pm. Motion seconded by Commissioner Yeboah. Motion passed and carried. Next regular meeting: Wednesday, March 27, 2024
