Creation of New Job Specifications  City Gardener  Director of Employee Relations  Project Manager (AHA)  Senior Advisor to the Mayor Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to approve the creation of all job specifications under agenda item VIII. Commissioner Yeboah seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried. IX. Amendment of Job Specifications  Chief Recreation Maintenance Repair Worker  Director of AHA Security Operations  Rehabilitation Specialist II  Risk Assessor Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to approve all amendments of job specifications listed under agenda item IX. Commissioner Yeboah seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried. X. New Business In connection with agenda item V., Commissioner Yeboah requested the City of Albany Civil Service team discuss and offer a solution to further clarify that all canvas requests must be responded to in an effort to reduce the number of appeals for being removed from an eligible list.
