• The Chair called the meeting to order.
• Council member Fahey asked a question in which Council member Conti answered
• Council member Hoey asked a question in which Council member Conti answered
• Amy Lavine and Brad Glass provided a description of the City of Albany Industrial Development Agency
(IDA) & Capital Resource Corporation (CRC) position.
• Committee members and Council members interviewed Paige A. Barnum, Richard Berkley, Serena Joyce
White-Lake, Ricja Rice, Jeff Quain and Martin Daley for the Zoning Appeals (BZA) appointments &
reappointments (Resolution 104.112.20 through 109.112.20R).
• Council Member Balarin made a motion to appoint Paige A. Barnum for opening position on BZA term ending
December 21, 2022 (Resolution 108.112.20R) which was seconded by Council Member Hoey. The motion
passed unanimously.
• Council Member Love made a motion to re-appoint Richard Berkley to the BZA term ending December 21,
2022 (Resolution 104.112.20R) which was seconded by Council Member Hoey. The motion passed
unanimously.
• Council Member Hoey made a motion to re-appoint Serena Joyce White-Lake to the BZA term ending
December 21, 2021 (Resolution 105.112.20R) which was seconded by Council Member Balarin. The motion
passed unanimously.
• Council Member Hoey made a motion to appoint Ricja Rice for opening position on BZA term ending
December 21, 2022 (Resolution 107.112.20R) which was seconded by Council Member Love. The motion
passed unanimously.
• Council Member Balarin made a motion to appoint Jeffrey Quain for opening position on BZA term ending
December 21, 2021 (Resolution 109.112.20R) which was seconded by Council Member Hoey. The motion
passed unanimously.
• Council Member Balarin made a motion to re-appoint Martin Daley to the BZA term ending December 21,
2020 (Resolution 106.112.20R) which was seconded by Council Member Hoey. The motion passed
unanimously.
