TO THE CITY OF ALBANY PLANNING BOARD RESOLUTION NUMBER 6.12.21R RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL CONSENTING TO THE REAPPOINTMENT OF MARTIN HULL TO THE CITY OF ALBANY PLANNING BOARD Questions and Discussion • The Chair called the meeting to order. • The Chair open up public comment • Danielle Gillespie read written comments for the record • Christopher Ellis spoke of his time on the Planning Board • Martin Hill spoke on his time on the Planning Board • Deputy Director Brad Glass explained Department of Planning memos on Ordinance 46.122.20 • Council members Doesschate, Hoey and Balarin asked Christopher Ellis questions in which he answered Council members Doesschate, Hoey and Balarin asked Martin Hull questions in which he answered • Council members Doesschate, Hoey and Hoey spoke on Resolution 5.12.21R and Resolution 6.12.21R • The Resolution was held to discuss at a future meeting on the January 26, 2021 at 5pm • Mr. Glass provided justification for Ordinance 46.122.20 • Council member Doesschate, Balarin and Fahey on Ordinance 46.122.20 in which in Mr. Glass responded to • Council members Doesschate, Balarin and Hoey asked questions in which Brad Glass answered • Brad Glass and Amy Lavine spoke on the legislation • Council members Doesschate, Balarin and Hoey provided suggestions for corrections • Ordinance 46.122.20R is being further discussion Public Comment: There is no public comment.
