TO THE CITY OF ALBANY PLANNING BOARD RESOLUTION NUMBER 6.12.21R RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL CONSENTING TO THE REAPPOINTMENT OF MARTIN HULL TO THE CITY OF ALBANY PLANNING BOARD Questions and Discussion • The Chair called the meeting to order. • Council member Doesschate and Balarin spoke on Resolution 5.12.21 and 6.21.21R. • The Chair open up public comment • Council member Doesschate made a motion to move Resolution 5.12.21R out of committee with a positive recommendation, which was seconded by Council Member Love. The motion passed unanimous. • Council member Doesschate made a motion to move Resolution 6.12.21 out of committee with no recommendation which was withdrawn • Council member Doesschate, Love, Balarin and Fahey spoke on motion. • Council member Love made a motion to move Resolution 6.12.21R out of committee with a positive recommendation, which was seconded by Council Member Hoey. 3 – Aye, 2 (Doesschate & Balarin) – Abstain, the motion passed. • Council member Doesschate explained her memo regarding Ordinance 46.122.20 • Council member Balarin, Balarin and Hoey spoke on Ordinance 46.122.20 in which Brad Glass and Research Counsel John-Raphael Pichardo • Further amendment will be made to Ordinance 46.122.20 and reviewed at February 3, 2021 5:30PM meeting then referral to the Albany County Planning Board Public Comment: Leah Golby, Albany, NY (Support Resolution 5.12.21 and 6.12.21R) Adjourn: Chair asked for a motion to adjourn, which was duly made, seconded, and passed.
