The motion passed unanimous. • Council member Doesschate made a motion to move ORDINANCE 21.92.20 As Amended out of committee with a positive recommendation, which was seconded by Council Member Hoey. Council members Doesschate and Conti spoke on the motion prior to vote. The motion passed unanimous. • Council member Fahey, Council member Doesschate, Council member Balarin, Council member Hoey and Brad Glass spoke on Ordinance 46.122.20 amendment and ECODE response to amended copied. • The Ordinance will be further reviewed at a future meeting Public Comment: There is no public comment Adjourn: Chair asked for a motion to adjourn, which was duly made, seconded, and passed.
