QUAIN TO THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS  Resolution 30.32.22R A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL CONSENTING TO THE REAPOPINTMENT OF ADRIANA LE BLAN TO THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS  Meeting with the Sustainability Advisory Committee PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: YES Council Member Balarin, on behalf of the Committee on Planning, Land Use, and Economic Development introduced the following: Resolution Number 28.32.22R A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL CONSENTING TO THE APPOINTMENT OF SERENA JOYCE WHITE-LAKE TO THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Albany has, pursuant to the provisions of section 301 (e) of the City Charter, appointed Serena Joyce White-Lake as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals; and WHEREAS, the Common Council must consent to the Mayor’s appointments of members to the Board of Zoning Appeals under section 301 (e) of the City Charter; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of Albany consents to the appointment of Serena Joyce White-Lake to the Board of Zoning Appeals for a term of office to expire December 31, 2024. Council Member Balarin, on behalf of the Committee on Planning, Land Use, and Economic Development introduced the following: Resolution Number 29.32.22R A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL CONSENTING TO THE APPOINTMENT OF JEFFREY M. Quain as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals; and WHEREAS, the Common Council must consent to the Mayor’s appointments of members to the Board of Zoning Appeals under section 301 (e) of the City Charter; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of Albany consents to the appointment of Jeffrey M.
