The Chair called the meeting to order.
Erin Tobin discussed why he should be reappointed to the Historic Resources Commission.
Council Members Hoey, and Zamer asked questions related to the Historic Resources Commission, in which
Erin Tobin responded to.
John Myers discussed why he should be reappointed to the Historic Resources Commission.
Council Members Zamer, Adams and Hoey asked questions related to the Historic Resources Commission, in
which John Myers responded to.
Chris Hacker discussed why he should be reappointed to the Historic Resources Commission.
Council Member Hoey asked questions related to the Historic Resources Commission, in which Chris Hacker
responded to.
Marilyn Kaplan discussed why he should be reappointed to the Historic Resources Commission.
Council Members Zamer, and Hoey asked questions related to the Historic Resources Commission, in which
Marilyn Kaplan responded to.
Council Member Clarke made a motion to vote Resolution 23.32.22R out of committee with a positive
recommendation, was seconded by Zamer and passed by voice vote.
Council Member Zamer made a motion to vote Resolution 22.32.22R out of committee with a positive
recommendation, was seconded by Hoey and passed by voice vote.
Council Member Hoey made a motion to vote Resolution 25.32.22R out of committee with a positive
recommendation, was seconded by Clarke and passed by voice vote.
Council Member Adams made a motion to vote Resolution 26.32.22R out of committee with a positive
recommendation, was seconded by Hoey and passed by voice vote.
Council Member Zamer made a motion to move Resolution 21.32.22R out of committee with a neutral
recommendation pending on whether they attend the next caucus meeting, was seconded by Hoey and passed
by voice vote.
Council Member Hoey made a motion to move Resolution 24.32.22R out of committee with a neutral
recommendation pending on whether they attend the next caucus meeting, was seconded by Clarke and passed
by voice vote.
Council Member Clarke made a motion to move Resolution 27.32.22R out of committee with a neutral
recommendation pending on whether they attend the next caucus meeting, was seconded by Hoey and passed
by voice vote.

WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Albany has, pursuant to the provisions of section
301 (e) of the Charter of the City of Albany and section 42-85 (A)(1) of the Code of the City of
Albany, reappointed John McEneny as a member of the Historic Resources Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council must consent to the Mayor’s appointments of members
to the Historic Resources Commission under City Code § 42-85 (A)(1);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Albany consents to the appointment of John McEneny to the Historic Resources Commission for
a term of office to expire December 31, 2022.
