Agenda Item: INTERVIEW CANDIDATES FOR THE CITY OF ALBANY COMMUNITY POLICE
REVIEW BOARD (CPRB)
Points of Discussion:
Chair and President Pro Tem Kimbrough called meeting to order.
President Pro Tem Kimbrough asked a question regarding Community Police Review Board (CPRB)
membership by wards in which Senior Legislative Aide Michele Andre answered.
Members for CPRB, Ivy Morris and Dr. Harden provided a description of the CPRB position.
Council member Igoe asked a question in which Kelly Kimbrough answered.
Committee members, Council members and members of CPRB interviewed Paul Collins –Hackett, James Davis,
Farhad Igbal Khattak, Paul Lamar and Carrie Livingston for the Community Police Review Board.
Council member Frederick made a motion to go into Executive Session to discuss candidates, which was
seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
Council member Hoey made a motion to get out of Executive Session, which was seconded. The motion passed
unanimously.
Council Member Igoe made a motion to appoint Paul Collins - Hackett to the Community Police Review Board
which was seconded by Council Member Hoey. The motion passed unanimously.

Adjourn:
The Chairperson asked for a motion to adjourn at 8:03pm, which was duly made, seconded, and passed.
