Resolutions: • Resolution 23-95: Adopting the 2024 Water and Sewer Rate Schedule • Resolution 23-96: Extending the Backwater Valve Grant Program. • Resolution 23-97: Authorizing Quarterly payment to Graypoint LLC for investment services. • Resolution 23-98: Authorizing a decrease to the task order with Rambol for construction phase services associated with the Sedimentation Basin Renovation, Alcove Sodium Permanganate System and Feura Bush Electrical upgrades. • Resolution 23-99: Approving Change Order 2 to the Feura Bush Water Filtration Plant Upgrades contract with CFI Contracting, INC. increasing an allowance item for the amount of $5,731.95. • Resolution 23-100: Approving the 2024 Summary Budget and Transfer Schedule. • Resolution 23-101: Adopting the Five Year Capital Plan (2024-2028). • Resolution 23-102: Authorizing Chairman to Execute an Agreement with EFPR Group, CPA for Independent Audit Services. • Resolution 23-103: Authorizing Master Service Agreement contracts extensions to various consulting firms. • Resolution 23-104: Approving Change Order 2 for the 2023 Water and Sewer Improvement Project with Tech Industries decreasing the amount by $55,470.60. • Resolution 23-105: Approving Change order 6 to the Beaver Creek Clean River Project phase 5 electrical contract with Kasselman Electric Co., Inc. increasing the amount $7,674.50.  • Resolution 23-106: Approving Change Order 15 to the Beaver Creek Clean River Project has 3/5 General contract with Wm. J. Keller & Sons Construction increasing the amount $308,298.34. • Resolution 23-107: Extending the Lead Service Replacement Grant Program. • Resolution 23-108: Authorizing Chairman to execute a Water Purchase Agreement with the town of Guilderland. 6.
