PARKS COMMISSION September 15, 2025 The Parks Commission met at the Albany Village Hall on Monday, September 15, 2025. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Tonya Stephan. Roll call was taken with the following members present: Stephan, Berty Hefty, Kimberly Klein, Larry Ommodt, Jim Mauerman, and Rich Wachholz. Absent: Larry Ommodt and Jim Mauerman. Proof of posting was verified. MINUTES: Motion by Hefty, seconded by Stephan, to approve the minutes of the last meeting as printed. All ayes. Motion carried. SUMMER BONUSES: Motion by Hefty, seconded by Wachholz, to approve summer bonuses as follows: $500 to Avary Briggs-Part Time Parks Laborer; $500 to Cindy Mauerman-Recreation Director; and $250 to Anna Ellinger-Recreation Assistant. All ayes. Motion carried. 2026 BUDGET: Motion by Wachholz, seconded by Klein, to send the 2026 budget with changes to the finance meeting. All ayes. Motion carried. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: The baseball field needs new bases; the school homecoming powder puff game will be held on October 8 at 7pm.
