Submitted by: Joe Vernier, DPW Foreman Summary This is a collapsed culvert near 444 Lathrup. It is supposed to drain the low point of the road into a catch basin and then discharge into the canal. However, because it has collapsed it is damaging the road and causing flooding. Suggested Action: MOVED BY: SUPPORTED BY: RESOLVED, to approve replacement of culvert near 444 Lathrup by DeLude Construction, whose address is 5727 Remer Road, China, MI 48054 in the amount of $11,770.00, as presented.
