Submitted by: Alysia Bugg, City Treasurer Summary The City Treasurers current Surface Pro is over five (5) years old, and no longer operates efficiently, causing many delays. Quotes were obtained as follows: Best Buy Microsoft Surface Pro $899.99 Compatible Keyboard $119.99 Dell Dell Latitude 7350 Detachable $1,467.69 Hi-Tech Microsoft Surface Pro $1,699.00 Compatible keyboard $145.00 I recommend purchase of Microsoft Surface Pro with compatible keyboard from Best Buy based on the lowest cost of $1,019.98. This item is budgeted in the FY 2024-25 budget.
