Motion Carried. Unfinished Business None noted New Business: Election of Chairman 1  PCO#10-02-17 - Election of Chairman Motion by Scruggs, supported by Falke to elect Rocky Gillis as chairman of the Algonac Planning Commission for a term beginning immediately and ending in August 2018. Motion Carried. Election of Vice-Chairman PCO# 10-03-17 Election of Vice-Chairman Motion by Reuter, supported by Scruggs to elect Linda Koch as vice-chairman of the City of Algonac Planning Commission for a term beginning immediately and ending in August 2018. Motion carried. Choose Four Meeting Dates for FY17-18 PCO# 10-04-17 Choose Four (4) Meeting Dates for FY 17/18 (July 2017 – June 2018) Motion by Tideswell, supported by Falke to set the following dates for the Planning Commission 2017-2018 calendar: Monday, January 22, 2018; Monday, April 23, 2018 and Monday, August 13, 2018. Motion carried. Rezoning Request for Cortis Development PCO# 10-05-17 Rezoning Request for Cortis Development Motion by Falke, supported by Scruggs to set a public hearing date of November 16, 2017 for public input and discussion of the rezoning request submitted by Dan Cortis Development. Motion Carried. Street Light Ordinance PCO# 10-06-17 Street Light Ordinance Motion by Falke, supported by Scruggs to direct city staff to draft an amendment to the current ordinance for Planning Commission to review to require street lighting.
