Comments will then be read into the record, with a maximum allowance of 5 minutes per individual comment, subject to the President’s discretion. If a comment is received after 5:00 P.M. but before the conclusion of the meeting based on its time stamp, the comment will still be included as a part of the record of the meeting but will not be read into the record.
