Any Conflict of Interest-None 5. Approval of Agenda: Motion: Jay Roberts-Eveland 2nd. Owen Ramey Approved NEW BUSINESS: a) This is a closed meeting under Exception to the Open Meetings Act. The exception being to consult with the public body’s attorney regarding litigation. Craig Noland, Attn. will update the Planning Commission as to the ongoing status of the lawsuit and litigation between Watson Township and NorthStar Aggregate, LLC Moved to closed session: 7:01pm Roll Call: Bruce Bos-yes; John Caras-yes; Jim Davis-yes; Owen Ramey-yes; Jay Roberts-Eveland-yes Moved to Close the Closed Session: 8:40pm Resume Regular meeting: 8:40pm Member Comments: Kevin Travis shared that the Martin School Board would be at the township hall at 7:00pm Monday, August 14th and that Planning Commission members should think of attending.
