Call to Order: 7:07 P.M. Present: Kevin Travis, Tera Davis, and Kelli Morris. Absent: Michelle Harris and John Caras PUBLIC HEARING: Open- 7:08 P.M. None. Closed 7:09 P.M. 1. Resolution 11162023-1: Public Hearing for Special Assessment Roll for Special Assessment District for Fire Department Operations and Equipment and Emergency Medical Services Operations and Equipment. Supervisor Travis read the resolution in its entirety. Supervisor Travis made a motion to adopt Resolution 11162023-1; Clerk Morris supported the resolution- Roll Call Vote: Morris-yes; Davis-yes; Travis-yes; Harris- absent; Caras-absent. The supervisor declared the resolution passed by a vote of 3 yes; 0-no and 2 absent votes.
