PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING – ALTA PLANNING COMMISSION WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26, 2024 3:00 – 3:05 PM ALTA COMMUNITY CENTER 10351 E Hwy 210 ALTA, UTAH This will be a hybrid meeting; we encourage you to join us in person. Written public input can be submitted here: https://townofalta.com/town-government/public-comment/ The Town of Alta Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on a proposed ordinance that makes amendments and additions to Municipal Code Title 10, Chapter 11 Subdivisions. A draft ordinance is available for review on the Town’s website, www.townofalta.com, and in the Town Office at 10201 East Highway 210 during normal business hours. This notice shall formally initiate proceedings to amend the Town of Alta land use regulations. Following the public hearing, the planning commission will hold a regular business meeting where it may take action to approve the draft ordinance and recommend it to the Alta Town Council for final adoption.
