Approve the January 6, minutes Joe Heaps moved to approve the January 6, 2016 meeting minutes. Laurel Shelley seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. Application Workshop The Workshop was well attended with 21 people representing 17 organizations. The presentation was easy to follow and all the questions were answered. The Board stayed after the meeting to answer other questions. The Funding Application Scorecard was reviewed and each application could receive a total score of 21 points. Scorecard Criteria:  Community Impact/Benefit  Soundness of Project/Eligibility for Funding  PARC Goal Alignment  Completeness of Application  Demonstration of Fiscal Responsibility/Financial Need Timpanogos Arts Foundation Application Brian asked everyone to score the Timpanogos Arts Foundation Application using the scorecard. Dale was going to check with Lela for a break down as to how the TAF funds would be used. He was also going to check with city to see how much funds were collected and available in FY-2015 (January-June 2015). We will then determine what funds TAF should receive, through email voting.
