Approve the March 3, 2016 minutes Dale moved to approve the March 3, 2016 meeting minutes. Laurel seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. Twenty-four applications were received for a total of $1,700,000. The Committee, reviewed all the applications to determine if additional information was needed, and if applications were eligible for funding  Schedule interviews Calendar Board Reviews Applications April 1-8 Board Meeting April 13, 5:30 pm Presentations: April 20, April 27, and May 4 (if needed) Brian assigned everyone difference projects (applications) to get the additional information. The recommendations will be forwarded to City Council for final approval. Other Business The next meeting is April 20, 2016, at 5:30 pm, American Fork City Administration Building Conference Room.
