PARC Tax Advisory Board March 15, 2017 City Office Conference Room Attendees Brian Thompson Laurel Shelley Dale Gunther Cherylyn Egner Staci Carroll Nan Kuhn Clark Taylor Camden Bird Nate Mecham participated by conference call. The meeting started at 5:30 pm. Approve the February 1, 2017 minutes Laurel moved to approve the February 1, 2017, meeting minutes. Nate seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. Workshop Attendees Comments  Information given at the workshop was helpful  Meeting was brief  Attendees liked receiving the slide show presentation  All comments received were positive Sign Recommendations  Sign Guidelines will be in the award contract  Grant recipients will submit a sign plan for approval to the City Council  Construction sign needs be 4’ x 4’ or 4’ x 8’ and made of plywood, with the PARC logo and visible to the public.  Permanent sign needs to be made of aluminum or similar product, installed by UDOT standards, with the PARC logo; size and location of sign will be determined by the City Council  Nate will revise the Branding/Sign Recommendation, committee will review  Branding/Sign Recommendation presented to City Council on April 4th, during work session Funding Update  Dale determine current PARC funding estimate  Multi -year funding will be decided by the Council Applications are due March 31, 2017  Nan will reformat submitted applications and send completed application to Cherylyn for legal review Application Presentations  April 12, 2017, 5:30 pm  Presentation 10 minutes  Questions/Answers 5 minutes  Transition 5 minutes Other Business The next meeting for application presentations will be is April 12, 2017, at 5:30 pm, American Fork City Administration Building Conference Room.
