PARC Tax Advisory Board May 17, 2017 City Office Conference Room Attendees Brian Thompson Laurel Shelley Dale Gunther Cherylyn Egner Staci Carroll Nan Kuhn Camden Bird Nate Mecham participated by conference call and Clark Taylor was excused The meeting started at 5:30 pm. Grant Applications Review and Discussion All of the grant appliances (see below) were reviewed for details on how and what the funds would be used for and if all the required documentation was received. Cherylyn provided the committee a list of all the applications, stating the legal point of view and if the application qualified for funding. $1,625,457 was requested for PARC Grants this year. The estimated total PARC funds available is approximately $920,000. The committee made a draft allocation funding list, with averages listed below, and was asked to review and send their comments to Brian, prior to the next meeting. Everyone was encouraged to attend the June City Council Work Session and Meeting. Dale moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:30 pm, Laurel seconded.
