PARC Tax Advisory Board March 6, 2019 City Office Conference Room Attendees Brian Thompson Laurel Shelley Karen Schaack Dale Gunter Nan Kuhn Camden Bird Nate Mecham participated by conference call. The meeting started at 5:30 pm. Laurel moved to approve the January 2, 2019 meeting minutes, Nate seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. Update Art Dye Park  Out for Bid in February  Complete in the fall Project Signage Project funds for both the temporary and permanent PARC sign, should be withheld until the sign is installed. Grant Applications Received and reviewed All of the grant applications (see below) were reviewed for details on how the funds would be used, and if all the required documentation was received. Cherylyn provided the Board a legal point of view for each application submitted. A total, $1,740,595 was requested for PARC Grants this year. The estimated total PARC funds available are approximately $1,203,009.
