Nate Mecham participated by conference call. Clark Taylor was excused.
The meeting started at 5:30 pm.
Nate moved to approve the May 1, 2019 meeting minutes, Karen seconded the motion. Motion
passed unanimously.
Scott moved to approve the July 31, 2019 meeting minutes, Dale seconded the motion. Motion
passed unanimously.
Dale moved to approve the January 8, 2020 meeting minutes, Laurel the motion. Motion passed
unanimously.
Grant Applications Received and reviewed
All of the grant applications (see below) were reviewed for details on how the funds would be used, and
if all the required documentation was received. Cherylyn provided the Board a legal point of view for
the applications submitted. A total, $2,736,666 was requested for PARC Grants this year. The estimated
total PARC funds available are approximately $1,150,000.

Grant Presentation Schedule
Each organization will have 10 minutes with 5 minutes for questions for their presentations. American
Fork City, Harrington and Timpanogos Foundation will have 30 minutes for their presentations.
March 11th – 6: 0 to 7:30
March 18th – 6:00 to 7:30
TAF won the bid, from the State, to manage the Valentine Theater for the next three years. They will
schedule and receive funding from those who lease the theater.
Other Business
Next meetings March 25th and March 31st to discuss applications. Recommendations to City Council
April 15th.
Brian moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:30 pm, Karen seconded.
