The meeting started at 5:30 pm.
Scott moved to approve the January 5, 2022, meetings minutes, Karen seconded the motion. Motion
passed.
Grant Applications Received
PARC Grant applications totaled $2,172,127 this year. The estimated total PARC funds available are
approximately $927,206, excluding the $350k commitment for Art Dye. The grant applications (see
below) were reviewed for details on how the funds would be used, and if all the required
documentation was received.

• Are computers, furniture, instruments, equipment all equal for funds or can other than PARC
funds purchase them
• Where they stored and who is responsible for them
• Where are events held
• Funds will be distributed on quarterly basis
