Last meeting was the applicant workshop and no minutes were recorded. See applicant workshop slides. Review of Applications for 2024 -An initial look at the projects, funding and an overview of insights from Cherylyn Egner -Review of calendar: Presentations will take place on March 7th and March 14th. First pass meeting March 28th. Planning on 2 hours from 5:30 to 7:30 -Highlights from Cherylyn: 1-- ACT: Are performances in Am Fork? If not, leaning as no. Not a legal black/white but an opinion that things only predominantly supporting AF qualify. 2-- Signage: Whose responsibility is signage. PARC or the organization. Recommend it as part of the project budget. 3-- Quail Cove: We can support a culture facility if it is city owned. Application info should stand alone and this seems one to have insufficient info 4-- Live AF: Is this a cultural organization/event? Are the lights eligible? 5--Mulvey: This simply does not qualify 6-- TAF: Concessions/Merch do not qualify Stacey said it is okay if we are of the opinion that we simply do not like a proposal and she would like us to state that more. Discussion around the total money to award this year. It is less money than last year so we will need to work on priority funding (either less projects or half funding for projects). During the presentations we will ask how they would proceed if they can only get half the funding for their proposed projects. Regalo is no longer in operation and they will be returning the money they were awarded last year. The PARC funds are meant to improve the lives of American Fork citizens and we should choose to allocate them in a way that will benefit the most people. Kimberlie Paulsen motioned to adjourn the meeting. Karen Schaack seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned.
