Closed session proceedings under WI §19.85 (1)(c) to considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. This is in regards to the Director of Public Works position. 3. The Council will reconvene in open session to complete the agenda. 4.
